Woooo...It's time for my annual update of this xanga page. (That would be in referance to my other xanga page :P) I'd ask how everyone is doing, but I'm pretty sure I'm the only one who reads my entries, haha. Ah well, it is a good  way to reflect on one's self. As the title has mentioned, I am half way through college! I find this both exciting and scary, and pretty weird. It feels like not too long ago I was still in Jr. High updating this blog every single day! Taking all of those online quizzes...I wonder what quizilla is up to these days? Anyway, I'm really excited to finally have a degree! I'm also super scared, because although I do have a major and I will get a degree, I have absolutely no idea what I am going to do in two years. Graduate school? Move out? Travel? Be a free loader? Haha, I was hoping this year would be my "road to discovery year" and I was finally going to figure out what the heck I want to do with my life, but alas another school year has come and gone and still nothing. I suppose if I keep on searching and trying new things, something will come my way eventually!

This year has been a craaaaazy one (and by that I mean school year)! I don't think I've ever been so busy in my life. It's both invigorating and stressful; I love being able to take so many different classes at school, but paired with being a music performance major and working part time it's hard to find the time to experiment with new things a lot. What I love about college is the variety of classes I can take. The frequency of changing classes is perfect too. I'm such a school nerd it's likely I will end up with more schooling after I finish here. I'm good at being a student haha. Although the end of this year was hard for me. I was so burnt out by the middle quarter that by the time the last quarter came around I fizzed out pretty fast. Hopefully all my exams went well though and my gpa stays as high as it is!

Besides school things have been really great. I don't think I mentioned him in my last post, but I've got a boyfriend now. We had been dating for not even a month yet the last time I posted so I suppose that's partly why he wasn't mentioned. It's been more than a year now and every day with him is an adventure! We have so much fun together and we enjoy the same quirky things. It's nice to have someone to share so many things with. Alright, enough with the lovey dovey stuff :P. Things at home have been pretty good and...normal? Haha not much has changed over the years except perhaps the amount of pets we have. We went from 3 dogs and 2 turtles to 3 cats and 4 turtles. Somehow pets also seem to be attracted to our house. I love it though! I could spend my life around animals! I'm hoping by the end of this summer we'll have a dog again, but it all depends on how much we're able to get fixed up first. Anyway as usual I am up way too late and I have to work in the morning so, I shall bid xanga adieu (or sayonara as I did actually learn Japanese for a year :P ) and head for bed! See you next year xanga, or maybe sooner if I find the time! ;]
